I received bracelet in good time. You can not see the engraving the coin is so small. I got a magnifier glass to see if I could see the letters. Barely there. Wrote back to Rosefield and got absolutely NO satisfaction other than waffle. This bracelet definitely not worth buying

I purchased a bracelet with engraving (present for Grandma's 70th birthday!) and was happy with thr bracelet but I have to squint really hard to see the engraving which is not at all like the pictures on their website. I was informed that I can't rely on these photos - I need to go to Instagram for 'real' photos. Also, the engraver was satisfied with the result so this should suffice. What happened to customer satisfaction?!
