Not good quality

These earrings are very dissapointing. I would have rather bought from any other seller if I realised how the product would be. My ears are sore after 3 times of wearing the earrings and they are too heavy (My peircings are slowly stretching out). The customer service was good, I accidentally ordered the wrong earrings, but my package arrived very late because of a shipping inconvenience and I only knew about it when I asked the seller instead of the shipping website saying about the issue. The quality is horrible, the earrings are slowly rubbing off where the backing is and I could see the 'seam' of the earring. I wish I bought from another company.
