Pretty bracelet but don't think it is worth £39, also disappointed when it was reduced by £10 2 days later and on a reduced offer at times after that.

I purchased one for a gift, thinking since the size was listed as adjustable it would be reasonable to assume it would fit the average woman. Unfortunately, this bracelet is sized for a child. I tried to reach out to customer service to inquire about a larger size or an extender, but they were no help and pretty much said sorry about your luck, nothing we can do. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to assume these products would fit the average woman, as the sizing isn’t exactly helpful when buying a gift. I don’t exactly have a way to covertly ask the gift recipient her wrist size. I’m annoyed by the lack of problem solving assistance. Not sure why a jewelry company wouldn’t at least have extenders available to attach. I would be willing to purchase one. Disappointed.
