First my husband ordered me this watch for Christmas and paid extra for speedy shipping. The watch didn’t arrive by Christmas. Then the watch went on sale for $100 less. This company does not honour price adjustments so we had to pay $42 to send it back. My husband returned the watch as it didn’t arrive in time, received confirmation on January 2 2026 that it was received by Rosefield, yet on 17 January, 2026 we still haven’t receive the refund. They’re claiming they haven’t had time to check it yet, 2 Weeks!!!! Claiming back log of returns in the warehouse so they haven’t got around to it. (how many returns to you get to have this much of a backlog?)We didn’t open the box as instructed. So we would like our $170 plus taxes back ASAP. The service here is terrible. Be aware. Huge price fluctuations and then they keep your refund hostage. This experience cost us money.
